Nurturing Families to Better Sleep

Sleep is just as essential for human development as food and water. When little ones sleep their brains experience intense activities which build the foundations of how they grow and learn, as well as; developing their emotions, behaviour and immune system.
Sleep is natural, we are not teaching little ones how to sleep. We are however teaching them the skill of falling asleep independently, and the skill of how to link their sleep cycles. All of this is doable with some loving support and guidance from us, and I will be with you every step of the way.
There is so much misinformation and opinions out there on infant sleep and sleep training. I understand that every baby and every family is different and that is why I always take the time to know a families unique circumstances. My ultimate aim is to inform, empower and support you and your family to get the sleep you all need and deserve using evidence-based information and first hand experience. All the methods I use are; gentle, responsive, effective and age appropriate.
CIO is a sleep training method that I would NEVER recommend to a family. There are much gentler techniques to improve a little ones sleep and it is these that we would explore together. You will never be asked to do anything that you are not comfortable with. I know all about the sleep and you know your baby better than anybody else. So together we will make the perfect team to achieving more sleep for your family.
