- I know that all little ones are individual, and this is why I do not believe in the 'one size fits all' approach.
- All the advice and information I provide is tailor made to your little one, circumstances and family.
- Every sleep plan I create is bespoke for YOU.
- All decisions regarding the changes we are going to make are up to you. I am there to inform, empower and support you, whatever path you choose.
- The timeframe and level of support from me will depend on the package you chose but be rest-assured that I will be behind you every step of the way.
- I am always on hand to answer any questions, make any necessary tweaks and guide you through the whole process.
- You will always be fully supported and progress will be reviewed throughout our time working together.
